Thank you for shopping with Kristen Trimm Gallery. We offer local pickup, delivery, and domestic U.S. shipping for original artwork, prints, and commissioned paintings. Please review the details below to understand how we handle shipping and delivery.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All artwork is packaged with care to ensure safe transport.
  • Ready-to-ship pieces: Typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment is received.
  • Custom or commissioned pieces: Shipped only after completion and final approval. Completion timelines are provided during consultation.

2. Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on size, weight, packaging requirements, and destination.
  • We ship via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on the artwork and destination.
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

3. Local Pickup

  • Free local pickup is available from our studio in:
    Kansas City, MO
    Pickup is by appointment only.

4. Packaging

We take every precaution to protect your artwork. Paintings are wrapped securely with protective materials and placed in durable boxes or crates.

  • Framed or large-format pieces may be shipped in reinforced art boxes or wooden crates for added protection.
  • If your artwork arrives damaged, please refer to the “Damages & Issues” section below.

5. Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, Kristen Trimm Gallery only ships to addresses within the United States. If you're located outside the U.S. and interested in a piece, please contact us to discuss options.


6. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by carrier and location. Most domestic shipments arrive within 3–7 business days after leaving our studio. Delays caused by carriers are outside of our control.


7. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your artwork arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing kristen@kristentrimmgallery.com.
  • Include clear photos of the damage and packaging.
  • We will file a claim with the carrier and work with you to repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.

We cannot accept responsibility for damages reported more than 48 hours after delivery.


8. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost:

  • Contact us and we will initiate a claim with the shipping carrier.
  • While we do our best to assist, Kristen Trimm Gallery is not liable for delays or lost shipments caused by carriers.
