Every painting tells a story….and I do love a good story! I’m a self-taught acrylic painter and an empty-nester mom of three, rediscovering myself through art. I fell in love with the power of bold color and rich texture to transform a blank canvas into something vibrant and alive. What began as a creative escape quickly became a soulful outlet, and over the years, I’ve quietly developed my style and voice. 

I pray over every canvas before I begin… and then I let the brush make its move . I often live vicariously through my work, falling in love with each piece in a slightly weird, fiercely protective kind of way. Each painting tells a story that I may not even realize needs to be told until I’m deep into the process. They usually come to life when I’m not planning or overthinking. 

I believe we all have something to say… sometimes we just need to start moving to hear it.
